2,280 acre conservation easement in Cascade County including a wetland restoration area of 100 acres. Species found here include fifteen waterfowl species, nesting bald eagle, horned grebe, white pelican, marbled godwit, avocet, western screech-owl, eastern screech-owl, downy woodpecker, least flycatcher, red-eyed vireo, ovenbird, willow flycatcher, warbling vireo, veery, gray catbird, American redstart, MacGillivray’s warbler, song sparrow, lazuli bunting, red-winged blackbird and yellow-headed blackbird; white- tailed deer, mule deer, beaver, muskrat, mink, and coyote.
